Reports and Data Management
Four reports are available from the InstaPass Receptionist PC Screen
- Current Visitors Report
Useful during emergencies or at the end of the business day to list everyone still on site and who they are visiting (for quick reference there is a total Current Visitor count always displayed on the InstaPass screen and the screen also lists all current visitors).
- Vehicle Registration Report
This lists all visitor vehicles on site in A-Z order of registration numbers and can be used to quickly trace an owner of a particular vehicle.
- Date Range Print Report
Users can select a range of dates and print out all visitor details including time in and time out in chronological order or sort by visitor name to see a list of all visits of a particular person.
- Expected Visitor Report
This provides a list of all pre-booked appointments in chronological order for the receptionist or security gate officers to refer to if required.
- Data Management
Visitor data can be exported as standard Excel files for use in external data base applications.
