Visitor Pass Printers
InstaPass users may decide to print passes using one of their existing inkjet or laser printers that can print onto A5 sized InstaPass security paper.
|
This is the entry level InstaPass printer (giving Black print plus colour ID photo). This printer can be used as a dedicated pass printer running the A5 stationery, and by positioning the printer at the front of a reception desk, can also be used to present the printed pass actually to the visitor.

For users that only need Pass printing (ie no Fire Rules or Car Park Pass) the Dymo 320 is ideal. It's very small size means very little reception desk space is taken up, it looks stylish and prints passes at about 8 per minute. Passes are printed on a 'removable low tack' self adhesive white paper so the visitor can either just stick the Pass onto their clothing or the pass can be placed into a plastic visitor pouch and clipped on as normal.
