Car Park Pass or Extra Visitor Instructions
- A Car Park Pass can be printed with each Visitor Pass in one single operation.
- The Car Park Pass shows clearly the valid date for the pass and the details of the car and visitor the pass was issued for.
- The exact wording of the Car Park Pass can be chosen by the InstaPass user through the Admin set up area.
- Alternatively this whole Car Park Pass section can be used for other requirements. Possibly to provide more safety and site information, or site directions.
- Another use could be as a visitor slip that the visitor returns to reception on completing their visit. This slip would have been signed and time stamped by the person they were visiting to prove the time the actual meeting started and finished.
A visitor delay between leaving the meeting and arriving unsupervised back at reception could then be highlighted, considered to be of particular relevance in schools or hospital maternity wards.
