Auto-Email Alert that visitor has arrived and confirmation that the visitor has left.
Import into InstaPass a list of employee names and internal email addresses during the initial Admin setup then InstaPass can auto send an email to the person being visited telling them of the arrival of their visitor. Also the telephone extension of the person being visited can be displayed for the receptionist to use.
Additionally InstaPass can send an email back to the person that has been visited confirming that the visitor has been Signed OUT by reception. This is useful when it is not practical to accompany a visitor back to reception and it is important to know the visitor was not delayed between leaving the meeting and arriving back in reception.
