Import into InstaPass a list of employee names and internal email addresses during the initial Admin setup then InstaPass can auto send an email to the person being visited telling them of the arrival of their visitor.

If used in conjunction with a webcam, InstaPass can embed an image of the visitor into the body of the email. This can demonstrate professionalism when the host collects the visitor from reception as they already know who to look for.
