- The receptionist's PC can be any of Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP operating systems with normal specifications such as a minimum of 50mb free hard disk space, 128mb RAM and a CD drive. A USB port for the camera and a parallel port for the printer will also be required. For internal email alerts the user needs a connection to a SMTP email server.
